February is becoming the month of freelance accouncements! StoryCorps has been around for a looong time and I do know they go to New York animators a lot for their episodes, so it's astounding to me that I only now joined as an animator along with Aabha Sewak. This is my first animation job for #Psych2Go, an educational mental wellness YouTube channel. I am using their OCs, cute blank figures with plants for hair. They hire all types of animators who each have their own take on the characters and interpret the world they live in in their own way! In this production, I was provided a script and voice audio file so I had to create the animatic too. It was an analytical challenge as I attempted to translate abstract ideas into something that's easy to understand through visuals. This was a fulfilling project and I thank them for bringing me on! #narcassist #narcassists #empath #empaths

Okay through all the commotion, it took me almost a year to get around to announcing this! A few of them should be rolled out in the game so I should be okay to share. Since April I have been on the team animating the 2D-style animated emojis that you can use in-game for the #MonopolyGo! mobile game! The game itself is chiefly in CGI, but the client wanted the emojis to be done specifically in 2D frame-by-frame, going by the new chibi designs of the characters. This has turned into my new long-running freelance job, and it's very enjoyable! #Monopoly is owned by #Hasbro, with the game developed by #Scopely.
